What is Red Boost blood-flow support?
Red Boost is a flavored dietary-supplement powder. The seller presents it as a once-daily drink for adults who want support for blood flow, sexual desire, stamina and circulation. The label calls for one scoop per serving and lists 30 servings per container.
Its blood-flow theme centers on L-citrulline DL-malate. Cleveland Clinic’s citrulline guide explains that citrulline is converted to arginine, which produces nitric oxide, a substance that relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow. That explains why citrulline appears in products aimed at circulation or workout performance.

What does the research say about the main ingredients?
Tongkat ali is the ingredient with the most directly relevant human research in the material available here. A six-month randomized trial indexed by PubMed studied 45 men with androgen deficiency of aging males. Participants in the training-plus-tongkat-ali group had the largest changes in erectile-function measures and total testosterone; the tongkat ali supplement used in that study was 200 mg, while Red Boost’s label lists 100 mg of 100:1 extract.
A systematic review of tongkat ali trials included two randomized trials with 139 participants. It reported a subgroup improvement in people who began with lower IIEF-5 scores, while also calling for more trials. This is useful background, but it is not a study of the Red Boost formula.
Maca has been studied for sexual function as well. A systematic review of maca trials found limited evidence, with four randomized trials and too little total data to draw firm conclusions. Red Boost lists 300 mg of maca root powder.
For citrulline malate, one randomized exercise study using 8 g reported more repetitions in later bench-press sets and stomach discomfort in 14.63% of participants. Read the citrulline-malate study for the study details. Red Boost lists 500 mg of citrulline malate per scoop.
What side effects and medication questions matter?
Citrulline may cause bloating, cramping, diarrhea or sweating, according to Cleveland Clinic. Stomach discomfort was the only reported side effect in the 8 g citrulline-malate exercise study. Research reviews of tongkat ali and maca identify a need for more standardized safety and ingredient-specific study, particularly because extracts and preparations can differ.
Ask a clinician or pharmacist before using Red Boost if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or use prescription medicines, including medicines for blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, mood, sleep or blood thinning.
The seller says the product is made in an FDA-registered facility following GMP guidelines; the FDA does not approve manufacturing facilities.
Can Red Boost lower blood pressure right away?
Red Boost is marketed for healthy blood-flow support, but it is not a plan for an unexpectedly high blood-pressure reading. A reading of 140/90 falls in the Stage 2 category on MedlinePlus; a diagnosis normally uses two or more readings at separate appointments. A reading higher than 180/120 is a hypertensive crisis and needs medical care right away.
There is no reliable “60-second trick” or drink that addresses a high reading on demand. For long-term support, the CDC points to a diet rich in potassium, fiber and protein and lower in sodium and saturated fat, regular physical activity, healthy weight, less alcohol, no smoking, sleep and stress management. The DASH eating plan is also designed to help lower blood pressure.

How much does Red Boost cost?
Prices shown by the seller were captured October 6, 2026; check checkout for today’s price.
| Option | Supply | Listed price | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| One bottle | 30 days | $69 per bottle | Plus shipping |
| Three bottles | 90 days | $177 total; $59 per bottle | The offer display says plus shipping; the seller’s FAQ says shipping is free on three- or six-pack orders |
| Six bottles | 180 days | $234 total; $39 per bottle | Free U.S. shipping |
The seller describes the charge as a one-time payment, without auto-ship or monthly billing. It says orders are processed and shipped within two to three days, then generally arrive in five to seven days in the U.S. or 10 to 12 days outside the U.S., depending on customs.
How do returns and refunds work?
The seller states that its guarantee runs for 180 days from the shipment date. To request a refund, it says to email support with “Refund Request” in the subject line, receive confirmation, then return every bottle—empty and unopened—at your own postage cost. Include your name, order number and order-email address, and send the tracking ID by email. The seller says a refund is issued after the return is received and registered, and may appear on your statement in five to 10 days. It lists its returns address on its returns page and gives product support at support@myredboost.com.
Before you order Red Boost
- Check the checkout total, including shipping, because the three-bottle shipping statements differ.
- Save your order email and shipment date; both matter for the 180-day refund window.
- Confirm the ingredient amounts that are not separately published if those amounts matter to your decision.
- Bring your medication list to a pharmacist if you use regular prescriptions or are considering a circulation-focused supplement.
