trForce Complaints: Billing, Shipping and Refund Guide

If you searched for trForce complaints, the three areas to check before you pay are billing, shipping and refunds. trForce (also searched as tr force) is an online service that says it connects you with independent licensed providers for erectile dysfunction (ED) care. It says it does not prescribe medication or dispense prescriptions itself. Below is what trForce’s own pages and the TrimRx terms behind it say about each area, the prices listed, and how to sort out a problem.

What does trForce actually do?

trForce describes itself as a way to start ED care online. You complete a health assessment, an independent licensed provider reviews your information, and that provider decides whether treatment is appropriate. trForce says, “trForce connects you to telehealth services. Independent providers deliver clinical care.”

The seller lays out the sequence like this:

  1. Complete an online health assessment about your health and treatment needs.
  2. An independent licensed provider reviews your information. “Additional questions or a consultation may be needed.”
  3. The provider decides. trForce says “A prescription is not guaranteed.”
  4. If prescribed, a licensed pharmacy handles dispensing. “Fulfillment options and timing may vary.”

trForce also says “Treatment is not appropriate for everyone.” Availability “varies by location and clinical eligibility.”

Which ED medicines does trForce list, and what do they cost?

Prices as of October 23, 2026; check the checkout for today’s. The homepage lists these offers, using the seller’s own wording:

Offer as listed Ingredients the page names Price the page shows
Quadruple Powered Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Apomorfina, L-Citrulina 10 doses for $149
Daily Boost Tadalafil 4 weeks for $109
QUAD 10-Pack banner Not listed in the banner $18.90 per dose, “Discreet delivery included”

The banner and the Quadruple card do not agree. The banner says $18.90 per dose, while 10 doses for $149 works out to $14.90 per dose. Confirm the per-dose figure and the total in your cart before you pay. You can check today’s price on the Product Page.

Sildenafil and tadalafil are the ED medicines named on the trForce page. Harvard Health’s guide to ED drugs lists tadalafil (Cialis) and says Cialis “is FDA-approved for use daily in a dose of 2.5 or 5 milligrams.”

Harvard also notes that the cost of ED drug therapy “varies considerably, depending on the pharmacy price, prescription co-pays, and your level of health plan coverage.” Work out your total, not just the headline price.

The page also carries this notice: “Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not undergone FDA review for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing.” Ask the provider whether the medicine you are offered is compounded.

How does billing work, and what should I confirm?

Ask that before you start the assessment, and read the order summary at checkout line by line.

The Terms & Conditions linked in the trForce footer are written for TrimRx, the company that powers trForce. They refer to “where applicable, the subscription plan,” so look for any recurring or subscription line at checkout. If you see one, find out the renewal date and how to cancel.

How does shipping and dispensing work?

The homepage banner says “Discreet delivery included.” The trForce footer links a Shipping Policy. Under trForce’s own steps, a licensed pharmacy handles dispensing, so ask which pharmacy will fill your order and how it ships.

If you do not want direct mail, TrimRx’s privacy notice says you can opt out by emailing hello@trimrx.com, and that “it may take up to 30 days for such mailings to end.”

What do the refund and cancellation terms say?

TrimRx’s Terms & Conditions say: “The effect of a cancellation and any applicable refund depend on the status of the consumer’s prescription and order and, where applicable, the subscription plan.” They also say that by purchasing “any TrimRx product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.”

In practice, the three things that decide your refund are:

Term What it means for you
Status of your prescription Whether a prescription has been issued changes what a cancellation or refund can cover.
Status of your order How far your order has moved through the process affects the refund.
Subscription plan, where applicable If you are on a plan, its terms can change the result.

The TrimRx Terms & Conditions set a 28-day refund window: refund requests must be made within 28 days of the payment date by emailing hello@trimrx.com. A full refund applies if the provider finds you medically ineligible or if a billing error results from a TrimRx processing error. Once a prescription has gone to the pharmacy, that order continues, and cancelling only stops future orders. The Shipping Policy adds that a refund can also be requested if the order has not shipped within 14 days. If you are comparing how a different online product handles the same questions, the terra mare morning restore complaints guide walks through billing, cancellation and refunds.

What should I do if I have a billing, shipping or refund problem?

  1. Save your order confirmation, a screenshot of the price and offer you chose, and any email from the provider or pharmacy.
  2. Email hello@trimrx.com with your order details and say what went wrong. That is the contact address the TrimRx terms and the trForce footer list.
  3. For a prescription decision, the independent provider makes the call. For dispensing, the licensed pharmacy handles the order. Ask which one has your order.
  4. For a cancellation or refund, quote the terms above and ask how your prescription and order status affect the amount.
  5. For unwanted direct mail, send the same email to opt out and allow up to 30 days.

The trForce footer also links a Safety Information page and Terms & Conditions. Read both before you order.

Could I get ED care another way?

Yes. The AMA’s guide to erectile dysfunction says that “most of the time, erectile dysfunction can be diagnosed based on history,” and that “usually, the first step is to try oral medications.” Harvard Health notes that “Sildenafil (Viagra) is often the first drug your doctor offers.”

Your own doctor can also tell you what your insurance covers, which is often the deciding factor on cost. Tell any provider every medicine you take, and ask a pharmacist to check interactions before you start. If you are weighing an online prescription service against a visit, the OrderlyMeds Reviews page covers price, safety, complaints and legitimacy for a different service, which may help you compare the questions to ask.

Before you order

  • Which per-dose price applies: $18.90 from the banner, or $14.90 per dose from the 10 doses for $149 card.
  • Whether a consultation fee is charged separately from the medication.
  • Whether either product renews on a subscription, and how to cancel.
  • Any fee charged on a refund, and who pays return shipping, to confirm with hello@trimrx.com.
  • The delivery time and charges in the Shipping Policy linked from the trForce footer.
